Orders for custom imprinted items are only
processed when we receive a singed order from the customer acknowledging
artwork specification and pricing.
We will accept returns only when custom
merchandise was printed, imprinted or embroidered inconsistent with the order
signed by the customer. Merchandise that is defective or damaged in
manufacturing will be credited or replaced as appropriate upon inspection by
our staff or agent. Merchandise damaged in shipment will be subject to claim
with the common carrier or courier.
All returns must receive prior approval
from The Skyline Group.
We strive to make on-time deliveries with
every order and in over 99.7% of the time we do. However, we are not
responsible for deleveries not made on time for reasons beyond our control.
Customers concerned about product
specifications, quality, functionality, size, color, etc. should request and
inspect a sample before placing an order.
Orders for parochial school
uniforms or any other pre-decorated stock clothing items will be accepted for
return of a different size within 30 days of purchase provided the item is
returned clean and unwashed. All returns must receive prior telephone or
e-mail authorization and be returned at the customers expense. Parochial
school uniform returns may be made thru the school office.
