Dear SCS Parent:

We are now accepting orders for the 2009-20010 school year. We do have a limited supply of items still available for delivery this school year. Before ordering you should call our office to verify inventory. Only orders paid for with a credit card can be placed on line.

All other orders must be placed by fax or mail.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ORDERS AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

For your convenience the current price list and order form are available below for your fax and mail-in orders. You need Adobe Acrobat to open the forms. Thank you for your cooperation and thank you for your business.

SPECIAL NOTE: Any orders placed now will be scheduled for delivery during the first few days of school in September. Have a safe summer.

If you are placing your order before July 1, 2009 you will receive a 10% discount if you use the Discount Code: SCS9.

P.S. In stock orders are filled in three business days or sooner. Deliveries are made to school each Monday. USPS shipments are made every Saturday. All special order items and new inventory are ordered from the warehouse on the 1st of each month. Once they arrive they are embroidered or imprinted and then ready for delivery on the first of the following month. This means that if you place your order after the 1st you may need to wait two months for your items, depending on what you ordered. Special order items must be ordered by 8/1, 10/1, 11/1 or 2/1 for delivery the following month. All Size XL items, Marathon Warm-ups and all jackets are special order items (see printed price list for details). Please plan accordingly.
